Workplace misconduct findings
An official finding or settlement over harassment or discrimination against staff.
Official findings or settlements over harassment or discrimination say something serious about how a company is run.
What it means
A government agency, court or tribunal has found, or the company has settled, claims that staff were harassed or discriminated against: sexual harassment, unequal pay or promotion, or retaliation against people who complained. It describes how the company treats the people who make its games.
How we apply it
We add it for a judgment, an agency finding, a consent decree or a settlement with a regulator or a group of employees over harassment or discrimination. Settlements count even without an admission of wrongdoing. Individual allegations, press reports and lawsuits still in progress go on the track record as events, not as a badge.
