We may collect account information (such as username, email, and profile details), gameplay and level metadata (such as attempts, completions, ratings, and creator uploads), device/network information, and support communications you send to us.
We use information to operate the service, host and surface user-created content, improve gameplay systems, personalize discovery filters, maintain security, prevent abuse, communicate product updates, and comply with legal obligations.
When you publish levels, your creator username, selected profile details, level metadata, ratings, and other public-facing details may be visible to other users. Please avoid including personal information in public content.
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who support hosting, analytics, moderation, and customer support; with legal authorities when required by law; and in connection with business transfers where permitted.
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login persistence, saved progress, performance measurement, and product analytics. You can control certain cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support account recovery, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal requirements.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage strong passwords and careful account hygiene.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, and to object to or limit specific processing. You may also manage account settings and request account deletion by contacting us.
MatchForge is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If we learn that personal information was collected from a child without proper consent, we will take steps to delete it.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app or website and update the effective date above.
